A DUI suspect was apprehended & booked into San Diego county jail on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and felony DUI in Sabre Springs area

San Diego DUI criminal defense attorneys learned today that a San Diego drunk driving accident left a woman dead. A DUI suspect was apprehended & booked into San Diego county jail on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and felony DUI. Carl David allegedly lost control of the vehicle he was driving in the 12600 block of Sabre Springs Parkway according to San Diego police. His car veered off the roadway and onto a sidewalk, striking the pedestrian, who was believed to be in her mid to late 60s or early 70s, according to San Diego DUI attorneys.
